Pose by Pose Yoga® 500 Hour Teacher Training Program expands on the introductory topics taught in the 200 Hour Yoga Training Program.

As a member of IAYT and YA, Pose by Pose Yoga has always been a school founded in the idea that “yoga is therapy.”
PRENATAL PROGRAM
Pose by Pose Yoga offers a Prenatal Yoga program that is registered with Yoga Alliance, an internationally recognized certification.
Our Yoga Studio
Our 3500 square foot facility was built from the ground up with yoga in mind. We have a spacious lobby and seating area, two large studios featuring comfy, cork flooring, and certified teachers to aid you in your quest to unwind and relax.

Love and light! That’s how she rolls!
Lisa graduated her 200 Hour Yoga Certification today with the energy and excitement she entered the program. She came to Pose by Pose because she was sure there was something more to yoga than sweating through postures. She graduated with a successful workshop under her belt, multiple job offers, and a heartfelt graduation class.
Lisa found a place to be vulnerable, open and accepted- and that’s what yoga should be. Welcome to our wonderful family of Alumni- you are a Yoga Teacher!!
